It's a pity that awarding no stars is not an option, this is truly a dreadful organisation and IMHO not a charity at all. We were really badly let down when two surly, lazy "workmen" rocked up and refused to take any items, frankly I think they didn't want to bother themselves with anything resembling work.. Avoid this organisation..
