I went to pick up my parcel twice with the same guy(Indian look), proof of my driving licence, he refused to give parcel to me and he said that it not here yet! But he got it on his hand,he said I should contact Hermes to see where my parcel was. I tracked it and this man the one signed for the package. I trying next day morning with different staff, and I got my parcel 7am in the morning, Be awear if you got parcelshop delivery here from hermes, this guy trying to steal the package (my package contain Nike air jordan 1) expensive tranner, it is my son birthday present.
