I bought an 11 inch tablet.. The driver from HERMES drove up and from the car took a picture and go.. He wrote online that he threw the package in letterbox.. As I wrote a complaint explaining that it is possible to do it because the hole is too small, it wrote off that, however, left behind the trash.. But it's a lie!!! He didn't even leave a confirmation that package is somewhere.. And now neither the package nor money because the seller sees that the package was delivered so nothing can do just with Hermes.. But they are just online.. ??????
