I had an issue with an Apple 6 not downloading e mail attachments from our Dutch based server and my IT dept had asked me to get a sim adaptor and have it changed to my Nokia Lumia. this was causeing real isues for me.
I went in here and within a couple of minutes David the assistant sorted my issue and my life is restored.....efficiency itself. thanks David!!
