Very disappointing. I waited at least 25 minutes minimum whilst they assessed my watch in store, to be told they would ring me. 3 days later I rang, only to be told the number I had given them was wrong as they had attempted to ring me?????? I then asked them about the watch valuation and they said I have to bring it in again as they ve taken down an incorrect serial number!!!!!!!

What an absolute waste of time, I should have walked on straight past the shop in the first place. Will be doing it online.   26-06-15
